What are these calls about?
Embodiment
I’ll be leading you through a series of exercises that will help you to drop deeply into your own body and feel grounded. You’ll slow right down to be present to the nuances of what it’s like when you land in your body. I’ll use music, meditation and movement to help you experience your body in a new way.
Listening
Your body is an amazing receptor of information that can inform your healing practice. Learning to listen to this energy is an important step in getting tuned into the broader energy field. When you listen this deeply, you tap into your intuition and feel guided to better outcomes for you and your clients.
Tuning in
There’s an energy field that we’re all part of. When you offer a 1:1 or group experience for people, you’re co-creating a healing field. I can teach you ways of tuning into this field to gather the information you need and nurture it for the best results for you and your clients.
Motion
When you tune into the energy field you realise that everything and everyone is interconnected. Therefore, when you bring movement into one area of your life, everything else starts shifting to re-orientate itself to this new reality. I’ll guide you through series of exercise to move energy.
I know what you’re thinking...
I don’t know how it’ll work for me.
I get it. Let me ask you a question: ‘Have you been in the presence of someone who is very present. They are just there, home, in themselves and their bodies. What’s the effect on your whole system?’
Something magical happens when you’re present to someone, especially if you’re a coach or healer. Spontaneous transformation can happen just by virtue of your presence to them. People feel seen, heard and understood.
These calls are different from anything you’ve done before. This is not therapy even though the effect of embracing your own presence can be deeply therapeutic. It’s playful and profound.

How does it work?
One 90 min group exploration per month (4 in total) on specific topics, such as how to be more present, tune in, listen to and nurture energy during sessions, uncover and develop your gifts, etc + Q&A.
