My First Book is 4 Years Old!

I published my first book four years ago. It was such an incredible achievement.

It took me 10 years to put this book out. The writing didn't take long, but healing myself in the process took a decade. I was keen to weed out any 'poor-me' stories out of the narrative and I'm proud of the outcome.

To celebrate the launch, I shared a post, which still feels true, so here it is:

7 Reasons to read my book:

One of many gifts of this book was learning to feel good enough. I have no training as a writer (academic writing was a completely different kettle of fish). I learnt in action through trial and error but the sense of inadequacy felt debilitating at times.

What helped me to complete this project was a teaching offered by my spiritual teacher around four reactions you have when you don't feel good enough:

- avoidance

- blaming yourself

- blaming others

- shut down.

Based on these teachings, I created my Good Enough course, which past participants found deeply healing and profound.

The new round will begin on 4 June. You can join the course here: www.gularavincent.co.uk/good-enough

Alternatively, you can sign up to the Healing Room which gives you access to the Good Enough course + monthly EFT tapping sessions + past recorded classes. The May EFT tapping session is on Friday 23 May at 2-3pm UK time so if you sign up in the next few days, you'll be able to catch our first group session live.

And of course, if you join my practitioner training, you'll receive 6-month access to the Healing Room for free.
