How I developed my signature healing framework
I created my Intergenerational Trauma Healing Method back in 2019. At the time, I was apprenticing to Edward Mannix, my Compassion Key teacher. As a part of this 14-month apprenticeship programme, I had 25 1:1 sessions with him. Over the course of several sessions, he helped me to excavate and harvest some precious gems of learning I have done through training in many different modalities.
It was like puzzle pieces clicking into place — suddenly, what had felt scattered now formed a cohesive framework.
I tested it out with a number of individuals 1:1 and the results were phenomenal.
- One client finally claimed her inheritance and bought her dream home by the sea.
- Another rekindled a broken relationship and is now happily partnered again.
- One woman, weighed down by a lifelong sense of inadequacy, enrolled in a Master’s programme and changed her career path entirely.

Last spring, I was working with an intuitive business coach on creating my own modality. I knew something wanted to come through me, but what? When I described her this framework, she lit up:

I had the outline ready within days. I didn’t even have a sales page when I mentioned it to a client interested in my in-person constellation work. She immediately wanted both — and paid that day.
