Why I wrote Fragile Freedom
It’s the first anniversary of Fragile Freedom today! Please celebrate this major milestone with me.
Writing this memoir was hard.
It meant revisiting some of the hardest parts of my life—places I had spent years trying to forget or move past. But something in me knew I couldn’t truly be free until I faced them fully and stopped hiding in shame.
I wrote Fragile Freedom for my own liberation, but also for those who’ve stayed quiet too long. For those who lived in guilt and shame. Alone. And for those who are ready to come home to themselves—no matter how fragile that freedom might feel at first.
If that speaks to you, I’d love you to read it. You can find it here: www.gularavincent.co.uk/book
And if you’ve read it, please post a short review on Amazon or Goodreads. I’d love to reach more people with this book to inspire others to find their voice, even if it just means admitting to themselves what *really* had happened.
Your story matters.
Because you do.
P.S. If you’ve read my book, you probably know that the events of those years created a complicated relationship between me and money.
I had to go through deep healing—similar to what I offer in my Unlock Unlimited Love & Money course—to begin turning that relationship around.
If you have a complex relationship with love & money, I know for a fact that this course will help you.
You can buy the 5-week course here: www.gularavincent.co.uk/unlock
P.P.S. To celebrate the anniversary of my book, I’m going to offer something very special this weekend, so keep an eye on your emails. I’ll send the invite at 7pm UK time on Friday 24 October 2025.
Warmest wishes
