I'm terrible at selling. Except I'm not.

For a long time I had a story that I'm bad at selling.

My results told a different story but somehow I'd been convinced that selling just wasn't my thing.

Free content, no problem. I could do that all day. But the moment it came to a pitch, I felt squeamish and raced through it.

It usually boiled down to one line: "And if you'd like more of this, here's the link."

And yet people bought from me. 

Every single time.
